FlowRelay grows up — live triggers, twenty recipes, native connectors
FlowRelay now runs real workflows off the platform's event stream, ships twenty ready-made recipes, and connects natively to your calendar, accounting and chat tools.
Details›
FlowRelay stopped being a demo. Every page in the app now reads and writes one real backend, and the things it shows are measured, not typed.
Triggers you can trust
The Triggers page lists every event the platform actually emits — bookings, invoices, leads, deals, payments, e-mail, inbound hooks — generated from the same catalog the services publish to. If an event is on the page, a workflow can start on it.
Workflows that run
A workflow is a trigger, an optional filter, and an ordered set of steps: create a task, send an e-mail, wait, branch on a condition, call a webhook, ask the AI. Runs are idempotent per event (a redelivered event never double-fires), rate-limited per workspace, and every step is visible on the run page with its result.
Twenty recipes, ready to install
For trades, salons and wellness, agencies, dealers and coaches: four recipes each, from “new booking → confirmation + reminder” to “invoice overdue → polite nudge”. Install one, tweak the steps, done. Each recipe was proven to install and run end to end before it shipped.
Native connectors
Connect the tools you already pay for, from inside FlowRelay:
- Xero — push invoices and customers, with a reconciliation report that shows any drift in cents. Available now.
- Slack — post to a channel from any workflow via an incoming webhook. Available now.
- Zapier and Make — a signed inbound hook URL to start workflows from 5,000+ apps, and outbound REST hooks to send events the other way. Available now.
- Google Calendar and Gmail send-as — built and registered; opens to everyone once Google finishes verifying the app.
- QuickBooks Online — built and registered; opens once Intuit’s app review completes.
- Outlook calendar and mail — listed and coming next.
Credentials are stored encrypted and deleted the moment you disconnect. A connector whose vendor app is not yet approved says so on its card instead of pretending.
Plans
FlowRelay remains part of Business. Basic stays $9.95 and nothing on any tier went up.
