New: Estimates flow into invoices, honest plan meters, and a clearer pricing page

Convert an accepted estimate into an invoice in one click, see exactly how much of your plan you have used, and find the right plan faster on the website.
• Convert to Invoice now carries every line item across and opens the new invoice immediately. Merchants and customers are both notified when an estimate is accepted or declined.
• Plan meters are honest and visible — the estimates page shows your 5-per-month allowance on Basic with a graceful wall on the sixth, and the contacts page shows its cap in the same place. Upgrade prompts stop claiming quantities a plan does not include.
• Money shows cents everywhere. Totals no longer round to whole dollars in lists and summaries.
• ClientForge is the system of record for people — contacts sync to PostFrame automatically, so your email audience is always your CRM.
• Pricing page: Basic, Team and Pro up front, with Free, Business and Enterprise one click away under See all plans.
• ThreadRealm posting and ScrollForge buying are open on every plan, including Basic.
• BookSlot trimmed to the ten pages people use, with real settings behind them.
• Sidebar footer gains theme and hide-locked-apps toggles, Upgrade, and Sign out — the things you reach for most, one click down.

New: Basic at $9.95, 30-day trials on every paid plan, and PayGate onboarding without leaving the app

The biggest week yet: a new entry plan, free trials everywhere, embedded PayGate onboarding, customer-facing estimate approval, and a full account-lifecycle system.
• Basic is the new starting plan at $9.95/month — invoices, estimates, bookings and contacts with honest, visible limits. It replaces the old Free plan on every surface.
• Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial. No charge until day 31, and you can switch monthly ↔ annual during checkout with a live preview of what changes.
• PayGate onboarding is now embedded — connect your payouts without being redirected to an external checkout page. Your customers never see a third-party brand either.
• Customers can accept or decline an estimate from a link, with an expiry you control. Accepted estimates are ready to become invoices.
• Delete your account safely. A grace period, an emailed restore link, and your email reserved until the window closes — no accidental loss, no zombie accounts.
• One active session per user. Signing in on a new device signs the old one out, and repeated failed logins now lock the account the way they were always supposed to.
• CRM bulk import no longer loses rows on a single bad line; errors show the CSV line number and a plain reason.
• Choose Compact, Desktop or Mobile display modes, with the right one picked automatically for your device. The mobile shell got safe-area, centring and input fixes throughout.
• ThreadRealm polls — create a poll on any thread.

Improved: A new mark, a more legible app, and two billing corrections

The reactor logo lands everywhere, the whole interface scales up for readability, and we corrected two places billing was not matching what we said.
• New EternalEngine logo across the app, the website, installed PWA icons and favicons.
• Everything is 12.5% larger and built on one type scale — text, controls, spacing and icons move together, so nothing looks squeezed on a laptop or oversized on a desktop.
• Contrast fixed to WCAG AA for muted text and links in every theme; dark mode gets a real colour system rather than a dimmed light one.
• A failed payment no longer locks you out of paying. You can update the card and retry from the billing page.
• Annual plans were charging $2 more than the website advertised. Corrected, and the price you see is now the price you are charged.
• 13 system modules that had fallen off the navigation are back under System, gated to the plans that include them.

Improved: Dark mode done properly, a smarter sidebar, and a hardened marketplace

A week of polish: true dark surfaces, navigation that always knows where you are, and the ScrollForge sell flow tightened end to end.
• Dark mode moves to cool gray and black surfaces instead of tinted panels — easier on the eyes at night, and every module now respects it.
• The sidebar expands and highlights the app you are in on any page, including deep links, so you never lose your place.
• ScrollForge sell flow hardened — uploads, ownership checks and seller stability fixed, and 34 dead routes that could land you on a blank page were retired.
• Two TeamDock pages that 404’d on click now open.
• Every new workspace gets its Owner role at signup — a gap that left two early accounts without one has been backfilled.

Release: EternalEngine is in public beta

The badge is on the header, the beta program page says what it means, and this changelog is where you will see the road to launch.
• Public beta, formally. EternalEngine is live, in use and being paid for — and still being built. The new [beta program page](/beta) says plainly what is stable, what is still moving, and what we promise either way.
• Weekly updates, here. Every week we post what shipped, in plain language, fixes included. Filter by product area or type, subscribe by RSS, or read it inside the app under What’s new.
• When beta ends the badge comes off the header and a release entry lands on this page the same day.
