What exactly do we get for $199 that Pro doesn’t have?
15 seats instead of Pro’s 5, FlowRelay workflow automation, forecasting with AI insights and lead scoring, white-label branding and custom domains, SSO/SAML, and priority same-day email support instead of Pro’s priority email. Storage, email volume and AI usage are all higher too.
What does "priority same-day email support" actually mean?
A real person on the support team reads and replies to your ticket the same day it arrives — ahead of the standard queue every other plan waits in. It is email support, not a phone line or live chat; if your team needs a dedicated contact and a formal SLA, that is Enterprise.
What happens when we add a seat mid-month, or go past 15?
Add anyone, any time, from Settings — the extra seat is $15/mo, pro-rated for the rest of your billing period. If you are consistently running past 15 people, talk to us about Enterprise; it is built for custom seat counts and volume.
When do we need Enterprise instead of Business?

Forecasting weighs every open deal by the stage it is in and rolls that up into a number you can actually plan payroll and purchasing around — it updates itself as deals move.
