Yes. $9.95 a month, or $95 for the year (about $7.92/mo) when you pay yearly. One flat price for one owner — nothing is per user, and there are no add-on fees to use what is listed here.
What happens after the 30 days?
Nothing to cancel, nothing charged. There is no card on file to begin with — if you have not upgraded by day 31, your workspace automatically moves to the Free plan. Every contact, estimate, invoice and file stays exactly where it is; you just drop to Free's limits. Add a card any time before or after that to stay on Basic.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No — for a first-time email. Sign up with just your name, email and a password — no card, no payment step. As your trial nears its end you'll get reminders in the app and by email; add a card any time from Settings if you want to keep Basic past day 31. If this email has already run a Basic trial before, you'll be asked for a card at signup, same as Team, Pro and Business — one card-free trial per email, ever.
What is not included?
Basic is built for one person. Team seats, team management and the shared booking pages live in Team ($49); the client portal, API access, webhooks, reporting and field dispatch live in Pro ($99). Upgrade in one click inside the app; your data comes with you.
What are the limits?
1 user. Unlimited invoices + estimates. 2,500 contacts · 5 GB storage. PostFrame email — 1,000 sends/mo. Albedo AI — about 133 assists a month. Every number is enforced server-side and published in our plan docs; when you hit one the app tells you and shows the next plan.
Why is it so cheap?
