The biggest week yet: a new entry plan, free trials everywhere, embedded PayGate onboarding, customer-facing estimate approval, and a full account-lifecycle system.

  • Basic is the new starting plan at $9.95/month — invoices, estimates, bookings and contacts with honest, visible limits. It replaces the old Free plan on every surface.
  • Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial. No charge until day 31, and you can switch monthly ↔ annual during checkout with a live preview of what changes.
  • PayGate onboarding is now embedded — connect your payouts without being redirected to an external checkout page. Your customers never see a third-party brand either.
  • Customers can accept or decline an estimate from a link, with an expiry you control. Accepted estimates are ready to become invoices.
  • Delete your account safely. A grace period, an emailed restore link, and your email reserved until the window closes — no accidental loss, no zombie accounts.
  • One active session per user. Signing in on a new device signs the old one out, and repeated failed logins now lock the account the way they were always supposed to.
  • CRM bulk import no longer loses rows on a single bad line; errors show the CSV line number and a plain reason.
  • Choose Compact, Desktop or Mobile display modes, with the right one picked automatically for your device. The mobile shell got safe-area, centring and input fixes throughout.
  • ThreadRealm polls — create a poll on any thread.

Fixes worth knowing about

  • Password-reset and signup-activation emails could fail silently; both now retry and report.
  • Every outbound email template escapes HTML — a defence-in-depth change you will never see, which is the point.
  • The public invoice pay page returns you to your invoice after paying, and webhooks are safe against duplicates.
  • The marketplace seller profile page 404’d for every seller, and the public storefront asked visitors to sign in. Both fixed.
  • The website’s hero copy lost a space under compression, the share card is now the right size, and robots.txt points at our real sitemap.
