Not yet — the templates category opens with the marketplace and fills as creators publish. Listings show in the in-app store as soon as they are published, and early sellers get the first placements in templates.

How do I sell templates on EternalEngine?

Connect a PayGate (Stripe Connect) account from the in-app store, open your seller profile, and publish the listing with a price. A platform fee (20% by default, shown on your seller profile) comes off each templates sale; the rest pays out to you through Stripe Connect.
