Queued, sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, complained, failed, deferred and unsubscribed. Each one is written to the log, moves the email's status, and can be sent to your endpoint as a signed webhook. Is open tracking accurate? It is a signal, not a headcount. Some clients block remote images so those opens are never seen; others prefetch images and can register an open without a human reading. PostFrame deduplicates repeat opens so one reader counts once. What protects my sender reputation automatically? Hard bounces and complaints suppress the address at once, soft bounces suppress after three in seven days, and sending pauses when the bounce rate passes 5% or the complaint rate passes 0.1% over 24 hours — both thresholds adjustable per workspace. Where do I see all of this?
