An ownership TXT record, three DKIM CNAMEs, an SPF TXT record, and an MX plus SPF record on the bounce subdomain. A DMARC record is listed as recommended. The setup page shows each one with a Copy button. How long does verification take? As long as DNS propagation at your host.
