FlowRelay — Workflow Automation

Business

# Your apps, wired together. Automatically.

FlowRelay is the workflow engine for EternalEngine. Build trigger-and-action chains that connect your apps to each other and to third-party tools — no code. Inbound webhooks are signature-verified, outbound calls are guarded against internal-network abuse, and every run is scoped to your tenant.

Trigger to done in four moves

## How a flow comes to life.

A workflow is a trigger plus an ordered set of actions. FlowRelay owns the whole motion — listen for the event, run the steps, pass the result along.

01

### Pick a trigger

Start the chain on an event — a webhook arrives, a deal moves stage, an invoice gets paid. The trigger is what wakes the workflow up.

02

### Chain the actions

Add steps in order: connect an integration, call an API, forward the event to another app. Each step passes its result to the next.

03

### Connect & verify

Wire in third-party connectors. FlowRelay verifies inbound webhook signatures and blocks outbound calls to private addresses before any step runs.

04Auto

### Runs on its own

Once saved, the chain fires every time its trigger matches — idempotent per event, scoped to your tenant. No babysitting, no manual re-runs.

Capabilities

## An automation engine, not a toy.

Trigger-and-action chains, third-party connectors, signature-verified webhook ingestion, and event forwarding — all guarded by the same tenant-isolation and input-validation rules every EternalEngine service runs under.

### Trigger & Action Chains

Build n8n-style workflows: one trigger, an ordered set of actions. Each step passes its output to the next. Save it once and it runs every time the trigger matches.

### Webhook Ingestion

Receive events from outside tools. Payloads are HMAC signature-verified when a secret is configured, and each event is idempotent per provider key — replays never double-fire your flow.

### SSRF-Guarded Connectors

Connect to third-party APIs and OAuth providers. Outbound base URLs are validated against private IP ranges before a call goes out, so a flow can't be turned against your internal network.

### Event Forwarding

Pipe platform events out to the systems that need them — or hand them to another EternalEngine app as the next step. The connective tissue between what happens and what should happen next.

### Tenant-Safe by Default

Every flow runs against your tenant only — the boundary comes from your authenticated session, never a request field. All connection configs are validated and stored encrypted.

### The Connective Layer

A paid invoice triggers a receipt through PostFrame. A new deal in ClientForge kicks off an outreach step. FlowRelay is the wiring that lets one event in any app set off the right action everywhere else.

### Business tier

FlowRelay ships on Business ($199/mo, 15 users) — it's the tier built for teams who automate across their whole stack. Business includes everything in Pro plus FlowRelay, forecasting and lead scoring, white-label branding, and SSO / SAML. Not available on Basic, Team, or Pro.

One OS · Apps that compound

## Better together. By design.

FlowRelay is the wiring between every other app: it listens for events — a paid PayGate invoice, a new ClientForge deal, a signed SignSeal envelope — and fires the next action, like sending mail through PostFrame, no code in between.

Which plan includes FlowRelay?

Business. Team and Pro include simpler workflow rules and scheduled actions; the full trigger-and-action builder with connectors is Business.

Do I need to write code?

No. Pick a trigger, add actions in order and save. Recipes give you pre-built flows such as welcome new leads and invoice follow-up to start from.

What can trigger a flow?

Events inside EternalEngine such as a paid invoice, a new deal or a signed envelope, an inbound webhook from another tool, or a schedule.

What if a step fails?

Each run is recorded on the executions page with its status and output, and inbound events are idempotent so a replay never double-fires.
