# Copyright & DMCA

Tenants upload files, publish documents, and post in community forums. If someone's content on EternalEngine infringes your copyright, here is exactly how to get it reviewed — and how to respond if your own content is taken down.

Effective July 18, 2026

EternalEngine respects intellectual-property rights and expects the same of its users. This policy covers user-generated content hosted on the Service — community posts (ThreadRealm), stored files (AssetVault), published documents (WikiShelf), and similar — and implements the notice-and-takedown process of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and equivalent regimes.

## Reporting Infringement

Send a notice to our designated agent at[info@eternalengineos.io](mailto:info@eternalengineos.io?subject=DMCA%20notice)with the subject "DMCA notice", including:

- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
- The URL or precise location of the allegedly infringing material on the Service
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them
- Your physical or electronic signature

On receipt of a complete, valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material promptly and notify the user who posted it. Knowingly material misrepresentations in a notice can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).

## Counter-Notices

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including: identification of the removed material and its prior location; your name, address, and telephone number; a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief the removal was mistaken; your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which EternalEngine may be found); and your signature.

Unless the original claimant informs us within 10–14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the removed material.

## Repeat Infringers

We track valid infringement notices per account and terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users and tenants who are repeat infringers, consistent with the[Terms of Service](https://eternalengineos.io/terms/), Section 13.
