# Your Data & Requests

One page for everything you can ask of us — your data, our documents, our practices. Most of it is self-serve inside the app; the rest is one email away. No forms that go nowhere, no 6-week silences.

## Requests About Your Data

These rights are honored for **every user, in every jurisdiction** — you do not need to be in the EU to use them. Email requests go to[info@eternalengineos.io](mailto:info@eternalengineos.io?subject=Data%20request)from the address on your account (we verify identity before releasing anything).

| **Deletion** of your account and data | Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account, or email us | Immediate deactivation; permanently deleted from production systems within 90 days. A minimal account ledger (signup name, email, deletion record) is retained for fraud prevention — never your business data |

Certifications status (SOC 2, ISO 27001) is published honestly on the[Security page](https://eternalengineos.io/security/) — we list what is aligned, in progress, and on the roadmap, and never claim a certification we haven't earned.

## If You're a Tenant's Customer

If your data lives in a business's EternalEngine workspace (you're their client, not ours), that business controls your data — contact them first. Under our [DPA](https://eternalengineos.io/dpa/) we process it only on their instructions. If you contact us directly, we will confirm receipt and redirect your request to the business, and assist them in fulfilling it.

## Everything Else

- **Security vulnerability?** Coordinated disclosure via the [Security page](https://eternalengineos.io/security/) — good-faith research is welcome.
- **Copyright complaint?** Follow the [DMCA process](https://eternalengineos.io/dmca/).
- **Billing dispute?** Email us before anything formal — the [Terms](https://eternalengineos.io/terms/) give us 30 days to make it right, and we usually need far less.
- **Press, partnership, or anything unlisted?** [Contact](https://eternalengineos.io/contact/) — a human reads it.
