EternalEngine — the software, the applications, and everything published on this site — is an original work protected by copyright law. This page says what is protected, how to ask for permission, and where our registration stands.

## What is protected

Copyright © 2026 EternalEngine. All rights reserved. Unless a page or file says otherwise, the following are the exclusive property of EternalEngine and are protected under the United States Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and international copyright treaties:

- The EternalEngine OS software — source code, object code, database schemas, APIs, and their documentation.
- The EternalEngine web application, marketing site, and mobile surfaces — their design, layout, text, graphics, icons, illustrations, and audio-visual elements.
- Product names, logos, and the "EternalEngine" wordmark and the names of its applications (ClientForge, TitanLedger, BidForge, BookSlot, PostFrame, and the others listed on the [features page](https://eternalengineos.io/features/)), which are trademarks or trade dress of EternalEngine whether or not registered.
- Documentation, guides, changelog entries, blog posts, and templates we publish.

Copyright protection attaches to an original work the moment it is created; registration is a public record of that claim and unlocks additional remedies. The application and filing fee were received by the U.S. Copyright Office on September 2, 2026 (case 1-15252296651). The registration becomes effective on the date the Office receives the completed application, fee, and deposit copy; the certificate follows examination. Registration status can be verified through the Copyright Office's public catalog at [copyright.gov](https://www.copyright.gov/). This page is updated when the certificate issues.

## What you may do

- **Use the Service.** Customers with an active subscription use EternalEngine under the license in the [Terms of Service](https://eternalengineos.io/terms/). Nothing on this page narrows that license.
- **Quote and link.** You may quote short excerpts of our documentation and posts with attribution and a link back, and you may link to any public page.
- **Press.** Journalists and reviewers may use our name, logo, and product screenshots to describe EternalEngine truthfully. Email us for high-resolution assets.

## What you may not do

- Copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or host the software or any substantial part of it.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service to reproduce its functionality or data models, except where the law expressly permits.
- Use our marks, or marks confusingly similar to them, in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or that you are us.
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.

## Permissions and licensing
